AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF LAMAR COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE FROM ANY AVAILABLE COUNTY FUNDS, TO THE BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB OF LAMAR COUNTY; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Lamar County, Mississippi, in its discretion, may annually contribute, from any available funds, an amount not to exceed One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) per calendar year to the Boys and Girls Club of Lamar County.

SECTION 2. This act shall be repealed from and after December 31, 2003.

SECTION 3. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
